Be aware of the appearance of fake messages about the Bank’s merger

Be careful if you receive electronic or SMS messages or calls that ask you to enter personal or banking information in online links.

OTP banka will not request from customers any new or additional activation of MOJ@SKB mobile bank and SKB NET, PRO SKB NET or MULTI SKB NET online bank or ask you for card data: number, validity or code on the back.

How to act?

  • Do not respond to such messages, do not open links and do not enter your account information and one-time passwords to confirm registration and payments. 
  • Never trust strangers with your confidential personal data − for example usernames, passwords, one-time passwords, PIN codes, various activation or confirmation codes, email addresses, bank card numbers, etc.

We advise you not to open such links and delete the received message! The Bank will never ask you for personal data or login to electronic banking via e-mail, SMS or phone.
