We are glad to inform you that SKB d. d. and NOVA KBM d. d. are expected to merge on 22 August 2024. It is expected that on 1 September 2024, there will be changes in the operation of products for SKB Bank's clients.
Following the merger, the merged bank will be renamed to OTP banka d. d. SKB clients will receive all the essential novelties of the existing products in the attachment of the letter that we sent in June. Additional information are available at the website.
